What is the expected delivery time for my package?
What are my choices and how much will they cost?
The delivery time will vary based on your specific address. Once printing is completed, you can expect to receive your certificate within 3-5 days. We will also provide you with the courier tracking number the following day.
We use international DHL or FedEx express companies, and shipping costs are already included in the document price with free shipping.
All packages ship out with package tracking. this allows you to monitor your order from our shop to you doorstep. Tracking is offered at no added cost to you. Tracking number are generated and emailed to acustomers once a delivery driver scans your package. Please remember that tracking number may not be active and traceable immediately. Sometimes it can take a few hours of movement before package updates appear on the FedEx/DHL website.
Sensitive information like diploma certificates will not be displayed on the package, it is very safe.
We will use the following packaging to put the diploma certificate inside, and it will be complete when you receive it by express.
